<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an increase in an exhaust reflux amount to decrease harmful components included in the exhaust gas by providing a reflux exhaust control valve operating with a rise in an exhaust pressure of an exhaust pipe in the midway of a reflux pipe connecting an exhaust pipe to an intake pipe of a diesel engine having an exhaust filter. SOLUTION: An exhaust pressure of an exhaust pipe 13 is raised according to the progress of clogging of an exhaust filter 14. In order to reduce the resultant increase of the exhaust amount flowing back to an intake pipe 5 via an exhaust reflux pipe 12, an exhaust reflux valve 31 and an exhaust reflux pipe 6, a reflux exhaust compensation mechanism is provided which consists of a reflux exhaust control valve A reducing the flow from the exhaust reflux pipe 12 in response to the rise in the exhaust pressure of the exhaust pipe 13. Accordingly, a cylindrical valve casing 52 across the exhaust reflux pipe 12 is connected to the exhaust reflex pipe 12 at the midway thereof, and a columnar valve element 51 having a valve hole 51a orthogonal to the axis of the valve casing 52 is ratatably inserted into the valve casing 52.</p> |
