An elongated O-ring (5) is positioned between the seat (1) and its support plate (2), which can be moved parallel to each other in a straight line. The O-ring can be stretched in a direction governed by a first set of braking rollers (4) which are secured to the support plate (3). These rollers are arranged in pairs on either side of an imaginary line extending parallel to the direction of movement (A) between the seat and support plate. The direction in which the O-ring can be stretched is also governed by a second set of braking rollers (6) which are secured to the seat and positioned along the same imaginary line, spaced apart by a distance that is greater than or equal to the distance between the pairs of rollers in the first set. |
