Disclosed is a gap measuring apparatus having the first and second visible ray laser parts irradiating the stripe rays in front and back sides of a measured matter; the first and second cameras positioned in front and back sides of the measured matter and inputting the images of discontinuous stripes appeared on the measured matter; an image processor processing images inputted from the first and second cameras; and a microcomputer analyzing the images processed in the image processor and identifying the shape of gap. Thereby, it is possible to measure the accurate gap as well as its parallel.
