PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject sheet which is prepared by extruding out a specific methyl methacrylate-styrene copolymer resin composition in a sheet and excellent in external appearance, dimensional stability, mechanical characteristics, autistic property and optical characteristics with reduced discoloration and useful as an optical sheet. SOLUTION: This sheet is formed by extruding out a polymer composition which contains (A) 100 pts.wt. of a methyl methacrylate-styrene copolymer resin prepared by copolymerizing a monomer mixture consisting of 80-30wt.% of a methyl methacrylate monomer, 0-20wt.% of a vinyl monomer copolymerizable with this monomer and 20-70wt.% of a styrene monomer, (B) 0.5-3 pts.wt of a compound of the formula (R<1> is a 8-22C alkyl) and (C) 0.03-2 pts.wt. of an aliphatic monocarboxylic glyceride from an extruder through a sheet-forming die.
