The centromedullary nail (A) is connected to a cervo-cephalic nail (B) at the level of the trochanter. The second nail traverses the first through a bore (2) at an angle of 130 degrees and is crossed by a key (C) introduced into the hollow part of the axis of the first nail defined by a channel (3). The key can extend through an orifice (7) formed for it in the centromedullary nail. The cervo-cephalic nail can have a transverse channel (6) perpendicular to its axis.
