The projector has a cylindrical casing formed by walls (1-3). One wall is traversed (9) by a tube (7) which is surrounded (6) by the wall (4) pierced with openings (5). This wall has a pressurisation valve (11) and a safety valve (12). Another wall (2) has a block (13) carried on its interior which has, in the centre of its free face (14), a cylindrical seating (15) containing at least one toroidal joint (16) with a channel (17) opening to the exterior of the face. The block and the face can be traversed by on end (22) of a cylindrical tube (18) which carries, at its other end (19) and piston (20) having a sealing joint (21).
