The page turner device is mounted on a desk (37). The page turner has ten central solid gearing sections (15) concentrically stacked one on top of the other. Each central section has a fixed spoke attached horizontally (16) with a vertical spoke extension (17), forming the interleaving points in a fan shape. The central section is driven by a pedal operated motor shaft (5) from a battery operated motor, with central gearing giving a rising and falling action. After each page turning, the spoke movement stops in under half a second.
