<p>The circular saw-blade (11) is moved by a swing arm (12) from the underside through an opening in the workpiece-supporting surface (9) of a pivoting table on a base (4). A stop (23) for the workpiece pivots on the top surface of a fixed crank arm (30) via a bolt (33) coaxial to the table pivot axis. The bolt is secured to the base only so as to prevent it turning. The crank arm can be part of the table housing, on which the swing arm is mounted. The crank arm can be formed by the top flange of a U-shaped bracket, whose bottom flange (32) merges into the part of the table housing which contains the bearing (17) for a frame (16) tilting on an axis in the workpiece-supporting surface (9). The swing arm with saw-blade is mounted in this frame.</p> |
