A guide pin is retractably fitted into a guide hole of an electrode, and when the guide pin is pushed in, air is jetted out from a gap between the guide hole and the guide pin. In order to prevent foreign matters from entering between an end surface of the electrode and a part formed of steel sheet and into a sliding portion of the guide pin, a large diameter hole (33) and a small diameter hole (34) are formed in a portion of the guide hole, through which a small diameter portion (7) of the guide pin (6) extends, to form a bearing surface (35) between the both diameter holes, and an exhaust passage is provided near the bearing surface (35) to provide communication between the large diameter hole (33) and the outside.
