<p>A method of and an apparatus for manufacturing a metallic sheet covered with a resin, in which it is possible to reduce bubbles included between a laminated resin film and the metallic sheet even when a thermoplastic resin is laminated on a web-shaped metallic sheet at high speed, and the laminated resin film is excellent in worked adhesion. The method of manufacturing a metallic sheet covered with a resin comprises the steps of heating a web-shaped metallic sheet (1) which advances continuously, supplying a thermoplastic resin film (5), which is heated to below a softening temperature of the thermoplastic resin film and to at least a surface temperature of a laminate roll (7), to a nip of the laminate roll while maintaining the thermoplastic resin film at a higher temperature than the surface temperature of the laminate roll (7), and pressure-welding the metallic sheet (1) and thermoplastic resin film (5) against each other to laminate them.</p> |
