The connection links the fan's impeller (4) to a fluid transmission (1) by a bayonet connection. The part of this connection on the transmission (2) preferably sits on some (7) of some cooling fins (3) there. The part is formed by an angled section (7a). These may engage in notches (5) in the impeller's mounting disc (8), and be gripped there by a sprung tongue (6).
