The implement has to or more tubes (12,14) connected by a holder (8). In use, the lower ends (20,22) of the tubes run parallel with one another, whereas the top ends (16,18) diverge. The holder has containers into which the tubes are plugged or clipped. It has two halves which fit together with the tubes between them. The assembled holder has holes which grip the tubes by more than 180 deg . The holder may be heart-shaped, dice-shaped or spherical.
