The channel (24) is closed at its front end section (54) which is remote from the housing (14). Outlet holes (34) are provided to the opposing longitudinal side walls (30) of the channel and to the front wall (32) of the front end section connecting the side walls. Around the outside of the channel an upwardly open diaphragm (36) is arranged. The channel is limited on the under side by a base part (26) and on the upper side by an upper part (28), which are joined to one another by braces. The outlet holes in the two longitudinal side walls and in the front wall are arranged in at least two rows, one above the other.
