SPRAYABLE COAGULABLE POLYURETHANE DISPERSION BASED SEALING COMPOSITION FOR THE APPLICATION IN BUILDINGS

A sealing composition is described which is curable by a coagulation process whereby the cured film has good mechanical and chemical properties as well as good adhesion on cementitious bases without the need of a primer. Such a sealing composition consists of at least two components, one of them being a polyurethane and/or polyurethane urea dispersion wherein no free isocyanate groups but ionic groups are present, particularly carboxylate and/or sulfonate groups, and a second one being a coagulation agent.
