The intelligent network service processing apparatus comprises: a basic call process matching part(110) for the basic processing of a call generated from a subscriber; an intelligent network service processing part(130) processing intelligent network service if informed of call generation by the basic call processing part(110); and a non-intelligent network service processing part(120) performing non-intelligent network service process instruction from the intelligent network service processing part(130). The intelligent network service processing part(130) comprises a basic call process matching part(140), an intelligent network service controlling part(150) and a detection point(DP) processing part(160) performing detection point(DP) generation function and detection point(DP) process function between the basic call process matching part(140) and the intelligent network service controlling part(150).
