The infusion pump has a drive medium reception space, a medicament reception space, a connection for a catheter and a throttle path between the drive medium reception space and the catheter connection. The throttle path is provided by a titanium, plastics, or ceramics perfusion plate with a number of fine bores, which can be obtained by laser machining, or photolithographic etching.
