A method for preparing colloid electrolyte for solder-oxide batteries is provided, which includes a first step of obtaining non-ionic water 4,500-6,000ml by refining water with ion-exchange resin, stirring/synthesizing reacting step of preparing a basic solution (H2SO4) by stirring and synthesizing the non-ionic water with CaSiO3 900-1100g and 15-30% H2SO4 2,300-2,700ml, filtering step of removing the sediment CaSO4, a second refining step of removing impurities (Ca+2, Fe+2) from the base solution by refining with ion-exchange resin, neutralizing step of making the pH of the base solution to 10.2-10.8, concentrating step of concentrating the base solution for obtaining a sulfate coagulant, sulfate diluting step of diluting the sulfate (H2SO4) to specific gravity 1.5-1.55 at 20 deg C, agitating step of agitating the sulfate after adding sulfate coagulant to the sulfate in 1:1 volume rate, filling step of filling the colloid solution in the battery and coagulating step of maintaining the filled battery for 8-24 hours without impact, wherein the electrolyte is in the colloid state so that the electrolyte is prevented from being leaked even though the battery is upset. |
