Non-track-bound vehicle tilting sideways on curves

On curves, the superstructure tilts sideways in relation to the steering axle. Tilting of the superstructure causes the steering-gear housing (12) to slide along the steering axle. The steering wheel is in a fixed position in the superstructure, and the consequent rotation of the input shaft (13) and sliding movement of the output member (14) is counteracted. The axle can be in a bracket tilting in relation to the superstructure and on the same axis, while being prevented from sliding in relation to the superstructure. The steering-gear housing slides on the bracket.
