摘要

FIELD: heat-power engineering; transportable steam boilers. SUBSTANCE: boiler is made in form of monoblock making use of rolling stock gauge at increased heating capacity. Boiler has horizontal furnace 1 and convective gas duct with common separating water wall 3 provided with screen at front end of boiler; tube bank 6 is located in convective gas duct; tubes are brought into upper drum 7 and lower drum 8. Tubes of boiler bank are bent in such way that their upper sections are parallel to inclined section of rolling stock gauge. Centers of drums 7 and 8 are oriented by bisectors of one of upper obtuse angles and opposite right angle of above-mentioned gauge. part of tubes 9 of boiler external cooling system are used as superheated steam tubes whose upper ends are brought to compartment 10 located in steam space of upper drum and lower ends are brought to superheated steam collecting header 11. Tubes in screen are so positioned that gas flow may be deflected at furnace outlet towards end of convective gas duct. EFFECT: increased heating capacity. 1 dwg
