<p>A developer comprising at least colored particles composed of a resin and a colorant dispersed in an insulating fluid, wherein the difference in kinematic viscosity between the temperatures of 10 °C and 50 °C is at most 4 cst and the kinematic viscosity at 20 °C ranges from 1.0 to 5 cst.
