The device has a rotating processing tool (22,23) esp. a cutter or abrasion tool, a housing with an integral drive motor and a motor shaft (3). The tool is coupled to the motor shaft via a clutch coupling. The clutch coupling has a housing (9) contg. a chuck coupling (10) with a sleeve which has a cutaway section along part of its length into which the shaft of the tool is inserted. The bore of the sleeve is slightly smaller than the dia. of the shaft before the tool is inserted.
