The tension screw (8) works in conjunction with a clamping unit, which is arranged in a casing-type extension (3) of the running wheel (1) facing the shaft (2). The tension screw is enclosed by a thick-walled bush (17) of a corresponding cylindrical recess (10) of the shaft. The clamping unit has a tension bush (4) that has tension components (6-6''') on its outer cover surface. The tension components are in the form of a cone ring pair located on one side, on a collar-type ledge (5) of the tension bush. On the other side it is located against a casing (7) pushable onto the tension bush. The tension screw can be screwed into the nut component working in conjunction with the casing.
