An MPU(10) generates a preset switching frequency and outputs to an output port. A switching pulse output is supplied to each base of transistors(Q1,Q2) thru resistors(R2,R3). At this time, each emitter of transistors(Q1,Q2) is connected with the voltage of the source and the ground and the collectors of transistors(Q1,Q2) are evenly connected. To the source voltage and the base of transistor(Q1), the resister(R1) is connected for the purpose of power supply. In this structure, reciprocal reply switching to the input of the switching pulse output from the MPU(10) output port, outputs an AC voltage converted to collector.
