<p>The horizontal work surface (1) forms the floor of a box-like structure having two short (3, 4), and one long (5) sides. These contain the evaporators of a refrigerating unit, whose other components are housed in a separate wheeled cabinet (12), plugging in (13) to mains supply, and linked to the main structure by a flexible (11) carrying electrical and fluid circuits. A row of boxes (17), tilted for easy access, containing ingredients for the particular dish(es) being created, is carried on transverse rear rails (18). Cooled air leaving the perforated rear evaporator casing (8, 5) enfolds the ingredient boxes, forming with similar side casing flows (8; 6,7) a blanket layer over the table, behind a threshold barrier (16).</p> |
