A bipolar signal transferring circuit is provided to improve a reliability of telecommunication by increasing the noise-to-signal ratio. The circuit comprises: a signal switching means(12) of full-bridge structure having an isolator(10) between collectors of a first and third transistors(TR1,TR3); a base driving means(14) having a fifth and sixth transistors(TR5,TR6) for driving the base of the transistors; a telecommunication device(16) for outputting a desired signal; and a level convertor(20) for converting the signal inputted from the telecommunication device(16) and a phase shifting signal inputted from an invertor(18) from a level of 15V and outputting the 15V level to the base driving means(14).
