COPY NETWORK OF ATM EXCHANGE FOR LARGE CAPACITY

A copy network of an asynchronous transfer mode(ATM) switch is disclosed. The copy network of the ATM switch according to the disclosure comprises: a plurality of copy processors(451-45n) for copying a cell by the number of copies and outputting copied cells through a plurality of output terminals; and address conversion circuits(50) for giving output addresses to the copied cells outputted by one of the copy processors(451-45n) and outputting the copied cells to a plurality of output port processors(601-60n) through a swith(55). Thereby, the copy network of the ATM switch may reduce memory capacity of the address conversion circuits and the number of copy modules.
