<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of the printing quality owing to the attachment of a lubricant to a running paper, while maintaining a stable paper feeding performance. SOLUTION: This paper feeding device is composed to provide a paper dealing mechanism which is composed of a feed roll driven to rotate in the paper conveying direction; and a retard roll 23 pressure contacted to the feed roll and a rotary torque in the reverse direction to the paper conveying direction is applied through a torque limiter 29. In this case, the torque limiter 29 is provided at the outer side of the paper running scope W of the largest size paper.</p> |
