<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to operate a switch gear at a consumer side without requesting a power company for each electrical work in a building by making a small window at the location of a door facing a consumer's switch gear operating equipment. SOLUTION: When power supply is stopped to a power consumer during an electrical work for a building, a small door 12 of a door 2 in a rent room 1 is unlocked and a small window 13 is opened, then a three-phase disconnector 8 at the consumer side is located at the opposite side in the small window 13. Thus, a worker hooks the tip of a tool to the disconnecting lid of each disconnector 8 through the small window 13 from the outside of a power supply transformer (rent room) 1 and pulls the disconnecting lids toward the worker. In this way, each disconnector 8 can be opened. Thus, the worker is not required to enter the rent room 1 during this work without unlocking door in the rent room 1, and thus the electrical work can be performed without requesting the switching operation to the power company managing the rent room 1.</p> |
