发明名称 MULTI-PHASE PERMANENT MAGNET STEPPING MOTOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high resolution and high precision permanent magnet stepping motor which is formed in the thinner shape and has reduced the step angle of the multiphase motor to a small angle. SOLUTION: A first magnetic plate 31 is provided with a predetermined number of pole teeth 31b formed in the equal pitch like the comb teeth to be magnetically insulated or magnetically saturated with each other. The pitch is almost equal to 180 degrees/m around the position corresponding to the yokes 33a1, 33a2 and pole teeth of the adjacent pole tooth group forms the 2m pieces of pole tooth groups 31c1, 32c2 formed with sequential deviation of (2τR)/4 rotation for the pitch of 180 degrees/m like an arc facing to the rotor. In the second magnetic plate 32, the 2m pieces of pole tooth groups 32c1, 32c2 formed like the first magnetic plate is provided opposed to the magnetic tooth groups 31c1, 32c2 formed to the first magnetic plate 31 through deviation of the 1/2 rotation of the pole tooth pitch. The unit rotors are coupled through the rotating shaft so that the pitch of the same pole is deviated by rotation ofτR/4 and the unit stators 30A, 30B are coupled in the shaft direction through deviation for rotation of 90 degrees/m.
