PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost on circuits by simplifying the circuits by using only one sort of control circuits. SOLUTION: A drive circuit 5 generates a switching control signal 100 synchronously with a transmission signal generated from a control IC circuit 4, this control signal 100 is supplied to gates of transistors Tr2, Tr3 composing an inverter for controlling switching of the transistors Tr2, Tr3, and the control signal 100 is also supplied to a gate of a transistor Tr1 for a chopper of a switching regulator for controlling switching of the transistor Tr1 as well. Need of separately providing control IC circuits 4 or drive circuits 5 to the transistors Tr2, Tr3 of the inverter and the transistor Tr1 for the chopper of the switching regulator can thus be eliminated.
