<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable hanger made of a leaf spring which is used for hanging a cable from a messenger wire and which can be installed to the messenger wire with a simple operation and which is suitable for the automatic attachment by the remote control from the ground or by a robot. SOLUTION: This cable hanger has a cable retaining tubular part 2 which is made by bending a leaf spring in spiral form and has an upward opening 20, and hooking tubular parts 3 and 3 which are provided by extending both the ends of this retaining tubular part 2 and bending them inward and which have downward hooking recesses 30 and besides which are provided in series in the axial direction of a messenger wire and are used for hooking to the above messenger wire. Then, the center axes of the hooking tubular parts 3 are made roughly parallel, but they are deviated by such a distance that the two tubular faces positioned inside the hooking tubular parts 3 work as sliding faces and that the distance between the center axes enlarges to allow the passage of the cable when they are pressed against the bottom of a cable.</p> |
