PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an MRI device and an endoscope together without disturbance and to efficiently perform diagnosing and treating by forming an insertion part to be inserted inside a testee body by a non-magnetic body or a feeble magnetic body. SOLUTION: This invivo diagnosing and treating device 1 is composed of a hard mirror 10 to be inserted inside the testee body for a diagnosis and a treatment inside the testee body and the MRI device 30 for obtaining the MRI images of the testee body. Especially by forming the hard mirror 10 by using the non-magnetic body or the feeble magnetic body, the excellent MRI images not affected by a magnetic body are displayed. Also, by extending a high frequency coil 17 for transmitting high frequency signals to the testee body and receiving NMR signals from the testee body from the tip of the hard mirror 10 inserted inside the body, the high frequency coil 17 is arranged at a position close to a photographing part and the excellent MRI images are displayed.
