摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a circuit by which recovery data without error are generated even when a multiplied amount is higher by connecting a plurality of stages of circuits in series each consisting of an oscillator, a frequency divider and a phase comparator and selecting a specific frequency of each post-stage to be higher than each pre-stage. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit 10 is a circuit consisting of series connection of a plurality of stages of unit circuits, and an oscillated output signal 203a of a post-stage unit circuit 20B is selected higher than an oscillated output signal frequency of a pre-stage unit circuit 20A. The semiconductor integrated circuit 10 is configured by connecting a plurality of stages of unit circuits in series, then multiplication processing for plural number of times is conducted instead of high multiplication processing at once. Each unit circuit is made up of an oscillator 203, a frequency divider 204, a phase comparator 201, a loop filter 202 and a feedback lop. The oscillator 203 generates the oscillating output signal 203a whose frequency is a multiple of (n) of a frequency of input data 11 based on an oscillated frequency control signal 202a.
