PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously execute the real control commands of plural device to be monitored by letting a multi-address real control command surely arrive at the device to be monitored of a controlled system through a selecting operations less often by issuing a control reserving command from a monitor/ controller to the device to be monitored. SOLUTION: A monitor/controller 1 selects objects of control reservation such as devices 2-1 and 2-2 to be monitored, for example, and issues the control reserving command through a monitor/control line 3 to respective devices from 1-1 to 2-n to be monitored. It is confirmed through inquiry by the monitor/ controller 1 whether the selected devices among the devices from 2-1 to 2-n to be monitored are set to control reserving state or not. When any device to be monitored is not set to the control reserving state, that device 2-2 to be monitored is selected again, for example, and the control reserving command is issued again. When both devices 2-1 and 2-2 to be monitored as the objects are set to the control reserving state, the monitor/controller 1 issues the real control command through broadcasting. |
