PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce Symonase (R) by effectively extracting a nutrient ingredient of a white sweet potato and provide a method for producing the simonase. SOLUTION: A raw potato of a white sweet potato, belonging to the family Convolvulaceae and native to Brazil in an amount of 10kg is cut to a suitable size, mixed with 9kg sugar in a biscuit earthenware pot and naturally fermented at normal temperature for about 3 months to dissolve the extract of the white sweet potato therein. Thereby, Symonase (R) is obtained. |
