PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization and light weight for the device suitable for carrying by which measured data obtained by measuring a reception level are stored to a storage medium efficiently and the measured data of many more measurement positions and channels are stored without increasing its storage capacity. SOLUTION: A measurement section 5 receives the level of the channel of all base stations of an area at a measurement position while changing a frequency of the channel sequentially and provides an output of a reception level of each channel to a processing section 7 as measurement data. The processing section 7 stores the measurement data of all the channels tentatively to a temporary storage memory 18. Then a sort means 17 sorts the measurement data of all the channels in the higher order. A storage discrimination means 19 provides an output of the measurement data at a prescribed positions with a high reception level among the measurement data after sorting. Thus, only the valid measurement data with a higher reception level are stored in a storage means 10 and the rate of the invalid measurement data with the low reception level shared in the storage capacity is reduced.
