PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepaid system using an IC card difficult to be faked, forged and modified. SOLUTION: A card company 50 issues an IC partner card comprising an IC card where numerical values such as a designated sum of money and the number of loan balls are recorded. In a game shop 52, an IC card recording machine 70 also serving as an IC card selling machine special for a customer is installed. The purchasing sum of money or numerical value data are transferred from the partner card set on the recording machine to the IC card 76 special for a customer. The recording machine and the register processing computer of the card company are connected to each other by a radio or a circuit. A game machine 82 is provided with an IC card identification, ball and metal loan machine 84, thereby identifying a card special for a customer and outputting loan balls and metals according to the recorded content. The game shop pays a designated IC partner card rental fee. |
