PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system in which a monitored image is moved as desired by the operator by providing a moving image data transmission section provided with a position control section, a compression unit and a communication control section and a monitor section provided with a position change means. SOLUTION: A moving image data transmission section 1 is provided with a video signal decoder 12 converting a signal sent from a general TV camera 11 installed toward an image pickup object into a video signal and with a compression unit 13 coding and compressing the digital signal from the video signal decoder 12, and also with a segmentation position control section 14 designating only segmentation data corresponding to an image area to e sent among the data from the decoder 12 and sending the segmentation data to the unit 13. Moreover, the moving image data transmission section 1 is provided with a communication control section 15 to conduct transmission reception of various data to/from a network 2 and a CPU 16 to control each section. |
