PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to read data for deciding a page mark and printed lines on a passbook irrelevantly to the kind of the passbook without moving an image sensor. SOLUTION: The image sensor 3 is a line sensor which can read the passbook 2 to its overall width. A CPU 8 stores a memory 7 with data of the overall width of the passbook 2 outputted from the image sensor 3 and calls data in an area containing the page mark and data in an area containing the data needed to decide the printed lines, thereby analyzing the page and printed lines. |
