The high speed operating crane, which is installed in a loading deck of intermediate and small size of freight vehicles, is used to load and move the heavy goods in an easy manner. The high speed operating crane comprises a rotating means installed in the interior of a body(8), for rotating a base(26), a folding means folded by means of a plurality of knuckles on the base(26), a connecting means foldably for connecting a third body(36) with a fourth body(41) of the folding means, and a sealing means for connecting the fourth body(41) of the connecting means to a bucket(7).
