<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finisher in which the driving mechanism of a chucking member to move paper bundles on a staple processing tray is made in a simple structure. SOLUTION: This staple sorter furnishes plural sort bins, and a staple unit to bind the paper bundles housed in the sort bins. A chucking unit 40 to move the paper bundles laminated on the sort bins for staple processing can move between a home position Y1 evacuated from the bins, a chucking position Y2 to chuck the paper bundles, and an drawing position Y3 to carry out a staple process.
