<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perfectly prevent damage or the like by previously deforming knit fabric and non-elastically forming the knit fabric in the lengthwise direction of a contraceptive appliance concerning the tubular contraceptive appliance such as condom for which the knit fabric is closely adhered from a sealed terminal part. SOLUTION: A condom base 1 is fitted to one end of shaft member 2 supported through a wheel 9 to a cam 10. On the other hand, tubular knit fabric 12 is inserted into a conical member and abutted to two parallel conveyer belts 11 provided with fasteners and after the fabric 12 is cut at the central part of both the conveyer belts 11, it is guided onto the condom base 1 and mounted. Then, the shaft member 2 is slid downward and engaged with an elastic ring member 16 provided inside a partition chamber fixed to a chain 13 so that the knit fabric 12 and the elastic ring 6 can be coupled with the condom base 1. Next, after the entire appliance is immersed in adhesive agent coating liquid, it is dried by an oven and the product is completed.</p> |
