<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pipe line resistance and fluid resistance by forming such a taper as widening a pipe effective inner diameter gently toward a pipe tip at the pipe tip side nonoverlapped with a pipe line fastening clamp. SOLUTION: A pipe 10 is integrally formed in a tank shell part by means of injection molding of synthetic resin, while a bulge conformed to a standard is installed in the tip of this pipe 10. In addition, such a taper 13 as widening a pipe effective inner diameter DH gently toward this tip of the pipe 10, is formed in the pipe tip side nonoverlapped with a pipeline fastening clamp 12. A rubber hose 15 is inserted into the pipe 10, clamping it with the clamp 12 from the periphery tight enough. Since it is gently connected to the pipe effective inner diameter DH from the tip of the pipe 10, a variation in a pipeline sectional area at a connecting part with the rubber hose 15 becomes lessened, whereby those of duct line resistance and fluid resistance are recued, and thus any rise in pressure at the vicinity of an inlet of the pipe 10 is held down to smallness, making any oil leakage out of a gap between the pipe 10 effectively preventable from occurring.</p> |
