<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly enhance the close adhesiveness of a resin film by bonding resin films to both surfaces of a surface treated steel panel under heating and pressure and heating the same to relax the internal stress thereof. SOLUTION: Since internal stress is generated in resin films 3, 3a, the resin films 3, 3a are bonded to both surfaces of a surface treated steel panel 1 under heating and pressure and the resin films 2, 3a of a resin film laminated surface treated steel panel 1a are heated between heating devices 4, 4a and the surfaces of the resin films 3, 3a are melted to make the inclination of the crystallization quantity distribution in the thickness directions of the resin films 3a, 3b gentle to relax the internal stress of the resin films 3, 3a. By this constitution, the peeling of the resin films 3, 3a caused by internal stress at a time of can making is certainly prevented and the close adhesiveness of the resin films 3, 3a to the surface treated steel panel is enhanced.</p> |
