摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a prescribed noise voltage at a low cost with one cable by inducing an electric noise from one or a plurality of electric noise generators with distributed static capacitance coupling among a plurality of conductors insulated by an insulator with a dielectric constant. SOLUTION: One of sheath conductors of a cable toward a measured equipment 11 is connected to a noise application side 1 of a noise generator 13 and the other end of the same conductor is connected to a ground 3 and a noise signal is applied between both ends. Thus, a common mode noise passing through ground as shown in dotted lines is induced only by the measured equipment 11 and not induced to a connection equipment 12. This means that a coupling circuit such as a filter is not required. The distributed static capacitance from the noise application side 1 to the noise induction side 2 is distributed as if lots of capacitors only were arranged from the ground side 3 to the noise application side 1 in the order of smaller capacitance, and since no noise induction side 4 is formed to the conductor opposite to the ground side 3, it is not required to interpose the coupling circuit.</p>
