PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation structural body able to apply desired base isolation performance and restoring force to a base isolation structural body in which a laminated body of friction plates are filled, and having stable base isolation performance. SOLUTION: In a base isolation structural body 10, twenty copper plates as hard plates 16 and twenty one rubber plates as soft plates 18 are alternately laminated between an upper surface plate 12 and a lower surface plate 14, and forty three friction plates 22 of glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin, laminated in a hollow part 20 provided in the center part of the laminate body part are filled. An iron plate is arranged as a presser plate 24 on the laminated body of the frictional plates 22, an upper cover 26 in which an internal thread of M27 is formed in the center part is arranged, the upper cover 26 is fastened with torque of 150kg-cm, and charging force is applied to the friction plate 22 laminated body. The charging force can be adjusted by torque of the upper cover. |
