PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain material having a sound and heat insulation function obtained by blending thermoplastic resin as a combination agent in ash as being valueless. SOLUTION: Formation is effected by blending and stirring ash in heat-melt thermoplastic resin, and material is manufactured in accordance with purposes. For instance, ash is blended and stirred in PET (polyethyleneterephthalate) bottles crashed in chips and kept at a temperature of 33 deg.C higher than a melting temperature and, at the time viscosity like a dough is produced, it is formed to subsequently be cooled into a planar shape. |
