PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noises within a proper range so as to locally correct a reproducing signal by suppressing an amplitude in the vicinity of its detecting spot when its amplitude value exceeding a predetermined maximum amplitude is detected. SOLUTION: In a noise correcting part, a comparator 21 outputs H if input data is larger than H or smaller than L, and outputs L in the other cases. Then, a comparator 22 outputs H if a difference between input data delayed once and a Z level is lower than a specified value, and outputs L in the other cases. Switches 25, 28, 37 and 41 allow an input to an A terminal side if an input to a G terminal is L, and allows an input to a B terminal if it is H. When an input D exceeds a normal signal amplitude range regulated by H and L and data formed by delaying D once is close to Z, D' is represented by an expression D'=(data formed by delaying D once)-(exceeding amount from normal amplitude of D)×0.2...(1), and in the other cases, D' is represented by an expression D'=(data formed by delaying D once)...(2).
