PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make image quality definite by providing an acceptive layer coated film to which white powdery coating is fixed onto plain paper by a method wherein a gap between a sleeve and a charge drum and a gap between the sleeve and a blade have respectively specific widths, and paper base material to which white powder is fixed is discharged along a heating roller. SOLUTION: A thickness of developer stuck to a developing sleeve 22 is controlled to a thickness capable of passing through a blade gap 1 between the developing sleeve 22 and a blade 23. Thereby, an amount of white powdery coating stuck to a surface of a charged drum 24 is controlled. The blade gap is preferably 1.5mm-2.5mm, and a definite image is not formed for under or over this range. Further, a gap (developing gap) between the developing sleeve 22 and a charged sleeve 24 is preferably 2.5mm-3.5mm. Then, a discharge part 5 is provided in a direction wherein a thermal transfer image receiving sheet S is discharged along a heating roller 41. That is because the thermal transfer image receiving sheet capable of forming a high quality image can be obtained.
