PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry an object quickly by holding an object and shifting it with an object holding means when performing specified treatment to the object, and approximating the position of the object carrying-out means to carry out the object where the treatment is finished to an object holding means properly. SOLUTION: An object carrier 10 is equipped with an object carry-in means 20, an object carry-out means 40, and an object holding means 60, and it is arranged on a base 11. The object carry-in means 20 is provided with a sensor 25 to check the output end of a printed wiring board PB, and it is connected to a controller 100. The object carry-out means 40 is equipped with a table 41, a motor 42, and a guide rail 14. The table 41 is positioned while being shifted along the rail 46 by rotating a sending screw 43 of the motor 42. The object holding means 60 holds a printed wiring board PB and shifts properly in X and Y directions and positions it. Hereby, the object can be carried quickly. |
